APA’s 2023 International Humanitarian Award Winner: Garth Neufeld

The American Psychological Association’s Committee for Global Psychology announced the 2023 winner of the International Humanitarian Award, Garth Neufeld, MA.

Mr. Neufeld is a professor of psychology at Cascadia College. He previously received the “2018 Citizen Psychologist presidential citation from APA for co-founding (along with his wife, Danielle) Shared Space For All, an organization that educates and mentors the most at-risk children and youth in Thailand toward the prevention of sex work and trafficking, and that now offers its students full college scholarships.”
